Bollywood Star Kriti Sanon Buys ₹78 Crore Sea-Facing Duplex Penthouse in Pali Hill, Mumbai

Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has bought a luxury sea-facing duplex penthouse in Pali Hill, one of the most premium areas in Mumbai. The property is located in Bandra West, which is known for celebrity homes and high-end real estate.

As per reports, the penthouse is in the Supreme Prana residential tower and is valued at over ₹78.20 crore. This deal highlights the strong demand for luxury homes in Mumbai’s prime locations.

Details of the Luxury Penthouse

The new home of Kriti Sanon spans the 14th and 15th floors of the building. The total area of the duplex is around 6,636 square feet. It also includes a large open terrace of about 1,209 square feet on the top floor.

The penthouse offers beautiful and wide views of the Arabian Sea. The deal also includes six dedicated car parking spaces, which is a big advantage in a busy city like Mumbai. Kriti Sanon and her mother jointly own the property.

Deal Value and Payment Details

According to reports, the actress paid around ₹3.91 crore as stamp duty for the property. The total cost of the deal, including GST and other charges, is estimated to exceed ₹84.16 crore.

The agreement also grants her exclusive rights to use the terrace, making it a private, luxurious space. The high price per square foot shows the premium value of properties in areas like Pali Hill.

Growing Real Estate Investments

This is not the first property investment by Kriti Sanon. In 2023, she bought a 2,000 sq ft plot in Alibaug, which is a popular second-home destination near Mumbai.

Many celebrities are investing in Alibaug, including Amitabh Bachchan, who recently bought land there.

In 2024, Kriti Sanon also purchased a 4 BHK apartment in Bandra West for around ₹35 crore. These investments show her growing interest in real estate along with her film career.
